Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is required by 12:00 PM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible upon request.
Smart Lock: Access to the apartment is granted via an access code. Optional keys are available inside the apartment, which should be returned to their place after your stay. For any inquiries, please contact me directly.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Violation may result in a cleaning fee.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.
Noise: Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Avoid loud music and noises to not disturb other guests or neighbors.
Cleanliness: Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. The apartment should be left in a tidy condition at the end of your stay.
Garbage Disposal: Regularly dispose of trash. Please use the provided trash bins and recycling facilities.
Damage: Please report any damages or defects in the accommodation immediately. Charges may apply for damages incurred during your stay.
Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the number stated at the time of booking.
Heating and Environment: Please turn off the heating when windows are open. In some apartments, this is automated. Simply adjust the desired room temperature on the digital thermostat.
Internet Use: Free Wi-Fi is available. Access details can be found in the apartment. Illegal activities are prohibited and will be pursued.
Emergencies: In case of emergency, please contact me immediately or the local emergency services.
