General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Immotel Apartments in Hagen
Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of apartments at Immotel Apartments in Hagen.
Conclusion of Contract
A rental contract is concluded as soon as the apartment is booked and the booking is confirmed by Immotel Apartments. This can be done verbally, in writing, or electronically.
Services and Prices
Services and prices are defined in the booking confirmation. Changes or additions require a written agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed individually. A deposit may be required. The remaining amount is to be paid at the latest by the day of arrival.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is possible from 5:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. Different times may be possible by arrangement.
Liability
Immotel Apartments is not liable for damages caused by force majeure. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it concerns damages from the violation of life, body, or health.
Duties of the Tenant
The tenant agrees to treat the apartment with care and to adhere to all house rules. The tenant is liable for any damages incurred during the stay.
Data Protection
Personal data of the tenant will only be used within the framework of the legal provisions of data protection law.
Final Provisions
Changes or additions to these GTC must be in writing. If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
